XRFWIN Demonstration
XRFWIN is available in a variety versions applicable to various types of spectrometers. For each type of spectrometer there are generally three types of versions of the software: a full version, an instrument-control only version, and an analysis-only version.
WDS Spectrometers
The demonstration copy of XRFWIN for WDS spectrometers is for the full version of the software. As an example, the demo includes a simulation driver for the Rigaku S/MAX 3080 WDS spectrometer.
